brick walls lumber ceiling comfy bed helpful staff
the hotel has exposed brick walls and exposed lumber on the ceilings. a loft room had a comfy bed. the hotel's style is very industrial chic! front desk staff were helpful.
the water glasses in the room still had residue from a previous guest's drink.

underwhelming stay, to say the least
early drilling missing slippers
the room? smaller than my first apartment. don't even get me started. i wasnt told about it beforehand, so waking up to drilling at 7 a.m. was a good surprise. also, i asked for slippers and they said no, because apparently my 'standard double' doesnt qualify for foot comfort. how generous.

lovely stay near nyhavn
clean room brick walls wood beams modern fittings
i found the room very clean. it featured exposed brick walls and beautiful wood beams. the location was great because it was close to nyhavn and other attractions. i also liked how the hotel has been renovated with modern fittings.
during my stay, there were no slippers or bathrobes, which i usually expect.

the breakfast was abundant and very tasty. there were many selections, including danish pastries, fresh fruit. i enjoyed the coffee, though i did not dine at the restaurant for other meals.

the staff was friendly and helpful in every way. they assisted with directions and recommendations. i found the check-in and check-out processes quick and easy. i really appreciated this.

The breakfast selection was good to start the day right.
The room was small. There was barely any space to walk around the bed. The bathroom amenities were also not up to par for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

great location many choices modern decor
the hotel location is great. I really liked breakfast with many choices. the room included a king bed and modern décor, what else can you ask for.

waterfront view convenient location many options
The breakfast included many options. The waterfront room offered a wonderful view. The location near the opera house was very convenient (i could walk everywhere!).
The gym lacked updated equipment.
